Midnight League

A group of youngsters received football tips from Morton FC’s very own Nacho Novo as part of the Bank of Scotland’s Midnight League in Inverclyde.

The league is a national network of five-a-side football which is run by Scottish FA coaches at local sports centres and other venues, usually on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Duncan McNeil said:

“I was delighted to attend the Midnight League session and it was great to meet with the young ones who clearly enjoyed themselves.”

“This is a great scheme for the community which helps to keep kids active in a way which is fun.”

“It also has the added advantage of keeping kids off the streets at night and getting them into a positive environment.”
